Yikes! Terrible Blogger…
Y’all.. I am not trying to be a terrible blogger, I swear! Life just got a little on the cray cray side. My sis and family came home Friday (YAY!!), then Addy’s first real gymnastics meet was Saturday morning.. that deserves a post ALL on it’s on. Competition gymnastics could have it’s own tv show like Toddlers and Tiaras. I’m not even kidding. Then, my nephew James’ birthday party was Saturday evening and we got to meet EMH!! She is a doll and fit right in with the girls. I see the making of best friends forever!
Girlfriend loves some technology! She was flipping through my iPhone and LOVES having her picture taken!
Then Sunday, I had a mild mental breakdown (we all knew it was coming, right?!). Too much stress, Addy is constantly arguing with me, and back talking. Nothing is working. So, if you have any advice about that, please drop it in the comments. She would argue with me that the sky was blue. And Monday, she argued with her gymnastics teacher in front of me! Yikes!
Anyway, I ran Monday. It felt wonderful. 2 miles in 19 minutes. I also did some arm exercises. I need to start adding weights to my workouts, so if you have any quick tips, I’m all about it.
Tuesday, we spend the morning with EMH and the girls played so well! Addy had a cavity filled that morning and has completely chewed up her lip from it being numb. It looks awful.
All swollen. It looks like she’s been in the wrong end of a bar fight, but I assure you, she hasn’t.
Hopefully, things can settle down and I can get back to my regular blog stalking now that I am not running errands for people out of the country.

First of all CUTE girls!! Secondly, quick way to add some weights in: get a pair of light weight dumbbells and keep them handy when you’re watching TV at night. When the commercials are on, instead of fast forwarding through them, knock out 1 set of each (curls, tricep extensions, and horizontal shoulder raises). With three commercial breaks in a standard sitcom, you’ll have done quite a workout in time that’s usually wasted anyway. And finally, my girl is only 16 months and doesn’t talk yet, so no advice, but just remember to be patient. She’s still learning about human interaction and this whole big world. You were probably just like her once:) Welcome back to blogging!
Great idea!! So simple, too!
I agree with you. I have been in the pageant world and the gymnastics one, being in the gym everyday competition season even on Sundays from 5 hours is fun but can not be fun. I have meet Olympians and World champions( know some, my brother was coached by some). The parents were awful, not to brag but my brother did win a lot and was asked to keep up his grade so he could go to OU on a completely free ride( the best team in the nation). I would love to see a show like that, we went to Bart Conners and one of the boys was on this show switched that use to come on AbcFamily(my brother and my mom were on it). Got to love gymnastics
I love the picture of the girls! Can’t wait for the gymnastics recap!
Omgoodness. She is just too cute! I guess I missed out on your sis adopting. Congrats Aunt Rachel! lol.
the picture of all the girls hugging is SO adorable! so happy she is here!
love the pic of the girls! i know your fam is so happy!
One big happy family! I really liked what you wrote and you have 3 amazing kids, so you don’t need to get to the meltdown point. Small tip from private life: The more stress I have = more miles to run for relaxing and cleaning my mind = Less pounds for my body (-: All The Best to you and your family!
By The Way, You should frame those 2 pics and put them in your living room
